Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at two_card_chris@mac.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
